Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management of the program (units, households) and delivery of service to the clients. Leads one unique program/department (ADS, In Home Services, Crisis etc.). The Program Director supervises Program Staff.

MORA provides an array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
Salary Range: $1,923-$3,269 Biweekly
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
assures safe and healthy living environment
assures quality services for each client
assures quality care by staff by providing supervision, direction, training and support to staff
coordinates program services with all other aspects of the service system
creates, monitors budgets for all households
ensures adequate supervision of clients
participates, attends and/or chair committees, teams and/or focus groups as needed as assigned
works harmoniously with and shows respect for employees, supervisors, vendors and clients
Communicates effectively with others at work verbally & in writing, using the primary spoken language of clients in the home
Ability to use the computer and do so in alignment with client needs for healthcare and overall care
Collaborates with the team to complete other duties as assigned or as needed
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in the Human Services field, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation, Counseling or Psychology
Six or more years of experience in supervision of programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Experience working with 245D regulations
Training and/or experience in behavior analysis, crisis intervention and mental health supports
Proven leadership skills-ability and experience to supervise, direct and evaluate staff
Proven communication and written skills
Required Qualifications:
must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain “qualified” status
must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office Of Inspector General
must be able to successfully complete company’s basic job skills assessment
if using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver’s license and must have insurance as required by state law.
