Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the grounds, equipment and buildings of “McGregor” and the general supervision of day-to-day operations.
Mount Olivet Rolling Acres - MORA – is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro.
MORA provides an array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
Schedules:
40 hours of a FLEXIBLE schedule with on call needs to respond to property care
Hourly Range: $18.00-$22.50 DOQ
Weekend differential +$2.00 hour for hours between Fri 10pm and Sun 10pm
$1,500 retention bonus for full-time paid out over 1 year.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the McGregor MN property and equipment, ensuring the grounds and facilities are safe, secure, and properly maintained.
- Maintain buildings, equipment, and surrounding property is clean, orderly, and good working conditions.
- Maintain lawn care services, including mowing the property and overall grounds upkeep, to ensure a clean, safe, and well‑kept environment.
- Coordinate activities involving volunteers and visitors, providing support and direction as needed.
- Communicate any issues related to visitors, property, or safety concerns to the McGregor Supervisor/Director promptly.
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish First Aid kits and other essential supplies.
- Make approved purchases for McGregor operations and needs.
- Assist visitors by providing orientation to the grounds, organizational rules and regulations. recreational equipment; boat safety and water training.
- Work harmoniously with and show due respect for other employees, supervisors, vendors and clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desirable Qualifications:
- Interest and knowledge of mechanical and general maintenance work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with people with Developmental Disabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain “qualified” status
- Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General
- Must be able to successfully meet company’s physical job demands
- If using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver’s license and must have insurance as required by state law
