Job Summary: Maintain & support the desktop and server environment for all Mount Olivet Rolling Acres' sites. Support, debelop, analyze third party applications for Mount Olivet Rolling Acres end users.

Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00, DOQ
$1,500 Retention Bonus for full-time staff Paid out over 1 year.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer technical questions from users, providing guidance on software usage and resolving basic technical problems.
- Ensuring all tickets from the MORA ticketing systems are responding to.
- Work with the MORA ticketing system.
- Log and track user support requests, escalating to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Provide basic training to users on new software or hardware functionalities.
- Educate user about cyber security best practices and identify potential security threats.
- Support all MORA computer, networking, telephone and office equipment as needed.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Understanding of HIPPAA Privacy and Security rules
- Networking troubleshooting, problem-solving and have a high knowledge of the network systems.
- Effectively communicate to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Display empathy and patience supporting MORA clients and care givers.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel via personal car to multiple group home locations to provide technical support and training (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Respectfully collaborate with empoyees, supervisors, vendors, and clients
- Must perform other duties as assigned
Desirable Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1-2 years related work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Personal Computers
Required Qualifications:
- Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain "qualified" status
- Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General
- Must be able to successfully complete company’s physical job demands document.
- If usting own vehicle for company business, must have a valid current driver’s license and must have vehicle insurance as required by state law
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1-2 years related work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Personal Computers.
